South Platte River Carp & Trout Fishing Trips in Denver
November-May
The “Urban South Platte” through Denver is a local gem for a variety of species.  The winter and spring months on the South Platte in town are when water temps are ideal for the trout.  We are the pioneering guide service of trout fishing the south Platte through Denver and nobody knows it better. These are large healthy browns and rainbows that fight harder than any trout we have ever caught.  When the opportunities present themselves or upon request, we will target carp.  Catching carp on the fly is extremely challenging and will prepare you for any saltwater flats fishing situation you could find yourself in.  If you haven’t tried it, you must give it a chance!

Dream Stream Monster Cutthroat & Rainbows
February-March
The months of February and March is when we once again set up camp in South Park to target the enormous cutthroat and rainbows that migrate out of Eleven Mile Reservoir.  Brandon Soucie is our primary guide on the Dream Stream and nobody in Colorado is better on this section of river.

North Platte: Grey Reef  Miracle Mile & Fremont Canyon
April-May
Undoubtedly the most popular trip we have.  Each Spring, guide Theo Anest joins St. Pete’s Fly Shop for what is a bucket list fishing trip.  Until you have fished Reef or Mile in the Spring, nothing can prepare you for it.  Once you leave, all you can think about is the next time you will be back.  These are big, mean, hard fighting rainbows that will bend a 7wt rod like no trout in the lower 48 can.

Colorado River Float Trips
August-September
The Colorado is our favorite float in Colorado.  It offers a combination of incredible fishing and breathtaking scenery.  In late August and September Theo Join’s the Minturn Anglers guide staff to round out the best guide service on the Colorado. The way Theo fishes this river is far different, more effective and will out fish every boat on the river. If  you want to net more fish than you could ever count and get the ultimate Colorado float fishing experience than get in a boat with Theo. We are more than willing to put our money where our mouth is on this. If you have floated the Colorado with another guide service and feel this claim is not true at the end of the day, we will give you your money back. Simply put, we dominate on the Colorado.

Dream Stream Trophy Brown Trips
